Basic Service...
consists of a monthly inspection of the exterior of your home checking all windows and doors for signs of vandalism or trespassing and removal of publications and wind blown debris that make your home look vacant.

Standard Service...
includes bi-weekly inspections of the exterior and interior of your home checking all windows and doors, for signs of vandalism or trespassing, checking appliances, plumbing fixtures, utility components, signs of pest infestation, removal of publications and wind blown debris that make your home look vacant.

Premium Service
includes all Standard Services performed on a weekly basis, plus one free arrival and departure service per year.

Also, for each of our programs, we’ll check on your home after major weather events (high winds, thunderstorms, snow/ice storms) inspecting for damage or problems. If there is damage, you will be notified immediately with photos you can submit to your insurance provider and we will obtain quotes for you for needed repairs.

We’ll send you a report of exact times of inspections and digital photos of the condition of the property.

Here is a way for you to have everything ready when you and your guests arrive, so you can spend your valuable time on the things that matter most (fishing and/or hunting). We can stock your pantry and/or bar at your direction. When you depart, leave the clean-up to us.
